We have developed and manufactured digital printing-grade stickers for both Dry-Toner and Indigo systems, which are sold as a new product line. The different printer systems have varying requirements: some use high temperatures to bond the toner to the print material, while others require a special top coating to ensure high-quality print results.

In terms of color shades and improved adhesion of the ink to the print material, we have designed new products using specific raw materials for these printers, unlike the standard-grade products available in the market.

Permanent adhesive labels use adhesive that sticks firmly and remains durable throughout the product's lifespan. Removing these labels may cause damage, such as tearing or breaking.

Removable adhesive labels use adhesive that can be removed from surfaces without leaving residue, but they are not suitable for applications where the label needs to be removed and reapplied multiple times.

Considerations for using removable adhesive labels:
- Ensure that the surface energy of the material to which the label will be applied is high enough for the label to adhere properly. For example, some materials like cardboard have low surface energy, which may prevent the label from sticking.
- The size of the label is crucial for removable adhesives. Larger labels require a stronger surface material to prevent the label from tearing when removed.
- For smaller labels, consider the softness of the label's surface and the curvature of the item to be labeled. Since the adhesive on removable labels is less tacky than that on permanent labels, insufficient surface softness or excessive curvature can cause the label to lift or peel. It is recommended to test in real-use conditions before placing an order.

The composition of the surface or material where the label is applied significantly affects the strength or adhesion between the material and the label. Therefore, it is important to categorize the surface material correctly to choose the appropriate type of label.

The term "plastic" is generally considered sufficient, but in reality, there are various types of plastic, each requiring different levels of adhesive tackiness. The plastics available on the market are categorized as follows:

On materials with low surface energy, a higher adhesive tackiness is needed for the label to adhere properly and last longer.

Special application types include stickers that are resistant to heat, sunlight, rain, moisture, or various chemicals. Each type of sticker is suited for different conditions. For example:

- If the application involves exposure to moisture, you need paper that resists water seal or stickers made from film, or a post-print coating.
- For use in conditions with prolonged exposure to sunlight, such as outdoor advertising signs, a suitable outdoor adhesive and appropriate surface type are required. For example, graphic or advertising products might be available in outdoor grades for 1 year, 3 years, or 5 years.
- For applications involving temperatures above 90°C, acrylic solvent adhesives and polyester film (PET) are the most suitable options.

PBS (Polybutylene Succinate) is a type of bioplastic derived from natural sources such as corn, cassava, and sugarcane. It is 100% compostable.

Thai KK Industries Co., Ltd. is a quality adhesive tape manufacturer with machinery for coating adhesives, producing in jumbo rolls up to finished products. The company operates adhesive coating machines, size-cutting machines, and paper core-making machines for adhesive tape production in Thailand, with branches in Vietnam and Malaysia. Additionally, we have a research and development department to test and develop products to meet diverse customer needs and offer OEM services.

The standard format is 72 rolls per carton for tapes sized 48mm x 45 yards, 50 yards, and 100 yards. The vertical packs contain 6 rolls each, with a total of 12 packs per carton.

For general box sealing, clear and brown adhesive tapes are commonly used. However, if customers want to showcase their unique identity, such as using various colors to identify different types of products, we recommend our colored tapes. We offer 9 colors: white, purple, blue, green, yellow, orange, red, pink, and black. If you wish to display your brand on the packaging, we offer custom-printed tapes with logos or branding on the film, available in various designs according to customer requirements.

The clear and brown adhesive tapes are categorized based on their usage as follows:

1.KK Red Tape: Suitable for sealing corrugated boxes or packaging with a weight of approximately 1 - 3 kilograms.
2.KK Blue Tape: Suitable for sealing corrugated boxes or packaging with a weight of approximately 4 - 5 kilograms.
3.KK Violet Tape: Suitable for sealing corrugated boxes or packaging with a weight of approximately 6 - 7 kilograms.
4.KK Orange Tape: Suitable for sealing corrugated boxes or packaging with a weight of approximately 8 - 10 kilograms.

Masking tape comes in 4 types as follows:

1. KK Blue Masking Tape: Used for general tasks.
2. KK Orange Masking Tape: Used for general box sealing and marking lines for painting.
3. KK Green Masking Tape: Used for automotive spray painting at temperatures up to 120°C.
4. KK Yellow Masking Tape: Used for tasks requiring temperatures up to 150°C.

Electrical insulation tape is used for wrapping electrical wires and equipment to prevent short circuits, which could potentially cause fires and damage to property.

There are several types of electrical insulation tape:

1. VT-12 Electrical Tape: This PVC tape is coated with a special rubber adhesive, lead-free, withstands a maximum voltage of 600 volts, and can tolerate temperatures up to 80°C. It comes in various colors, including black, white, red, yellow, green, orange, gray, and blue.
2.VTB-12F (TIS Certified) Electrical Tape: This PVC tape is coated with a special rubber adhesive, fire-resistant, lead-free, withstands a maximum voltage of 600 volts, and can tolerate temperatures up to 80°C. It meets TIS 386-2531 standards.
3. VTB-18F (TIS Certified) Electrical Tape: This extra-thick PVC tape is coated with high-quality rubber adhesive, fire-resistant, lead-free, withstands a maximum voltage of 600 volts, and can tolerate temperatures up to 80°C. It meets TIS 386-2531 standards.
